I bring over ten years of clinical experience to my practice, working with adults who have experienced a wide range of traumatic events, including racial trauma, intergenerational trauma, and spiritual abuse.

My approach is integrative, weaving together psychodynamic theory, somatic awareness, and attachment-based methods. I believe that effective therapy must honour the whole person — including their cultural heritage, lived experience, and the social contexts that shape their sense of self.

I offer in-person sessions in Birmingham and online sessions UK-wide. I am particularly experienced in working with clients from African and Caribbean backgrounds, and I am committed to providing culturally sensitive, affirming care.
